  • Analysed the reasons for high turnover amongst shop floor personnel in this medical equipment company. Identified ultimate causes relating to roles, policy, structure and management style. Worked with management to resolve these issues.
    Also, conducted workshops for the key software engineering team, which was undergoing a crisis in productivity and morale. Identified the root causes, and presented these in a joint management-engineering workshop for discussion, agreement, and commitment to action plans.
