We feel that an in-depth meeting with a prospective client is essential before any work is commenced. Trust and good chemistry are essential to the establishment of a successful working relationship.

For any consultancy project, we prepare a proposal which addresses:

  • The client’s business issues
  • The objectives and deliverables of the project
  • Methods to be employed in completing the project
  • Schedule
  • Fees

Depending on the type of project, the costs may be quoted as a firm lump sum, or as a daily rate.

We do not use junior consultants. Bill Peace is always personally involved in the project. If the scope of the project requires it, Bill may be assisted by one or more senior consultants from the Richmond Group, who will be introduced to the client before the work begins.

Since all consultants are independents with low overheads, we are able to offer fee rates well below the major consultancies, while providing high levels of skill and experience.
