Since 1994, ACHIEVEMENT has been helping clients to improve the effectiveness and financial returns of their organisations. The capability of ACHIEVEMENTin change management is based on Bill Peace's experience and knowledge gained as a senior general manager, as a management consultant, and as an interim general manager. The focus of ACHIEVEMENT in its assignments is in three general strands. Business strategy: identifying/optimising the strategic plan for the business which differentiates the client from its competition, and which builds on the strengths of the organisation. Interventions that involve executive coaching and team building as well as achieving organisational culture changes are the second strand. Business process improvement is the third strand. ACHIEVEMENT works interactively with clients to clarify both the current situation and the opportunities for improvement. The change process and action plan are reviewed and adjusted as necessary with the client. The objective of each change project is for the client to own the process, to gain personally, in knowledge and skills, from it, and to own the results. Bill contributes, personally to every client project. Where the scope of the project requires multiple consultants, Bill will be assisted by colleagues from the Richmond Group of management consultants, who are Certified Management Consultants, representing a very broad range of skills and experience. ACHIEVEMENT has experience in a wide range of business sectors: retail, financial services, high technology, manufacturing, health care, pharmaceuticals and business services.
